Little Buddha is starting a new adventure with Selected Customer Service of the Year, a contest organised by Sotto Tempo Advertising in which the clients choose the companies who offer a top quality customer service in each activity sector. After years of working with The Product of the Year, a contest which is organised by the same company, we are now entering the service industry in this design challenge.
The contest Selected Customer Service of the Year was born in France 12 years ago and it’s now celebrating its 8th edition in Spain. The logo is meant to be a symbol of quality which also transmits security to the clients when they’re thinking of contracting the services of a company.
In Little Buddha, we believe in the continuous improvement in every aspect and that is why we support initiatives like this one, where all the participating companies who want to be evaluated and want to enter the competition, receive an operative report with all the details of their evaluation which enables them to improve their customer services. The companies who receive the highest rating of their category can use the logo Selected Customer Service of the Year in all of their communications for one year.
During the month of October, in Spain, we will know which companies are rewarded in this 8th edition, in an award ceremony which will take place on the 23rd of October in the Neptune Palace in Madrid. Global companies like ING Direct, Nespresso, Samsung, Vente Privée, Eroski, EasyJet, HP, Sephora and Gas Natural Fenosa have already been awarded in some of the previous editions.
We will be there, attending the winners and providing our design in all of the event’s communications.
